Track Stacks: Never lose your tracks

Organize your sessions better by putting together several related tracks - like all drum tracks or voice tracks - into a new track format called Track Stack. Send your Track Stack to a new auxiliary channel to make submixes quickly and conveniently. You can also use Track Stacks to create fantastic instruments with divisions and layers of sounds, easy to manage, save and reuse. And the Track Stack can be contracted to clear the interface or expand so you have more control.

But there are other new features for the tracks. For example, you can choose a track like Groove Master of your song and select another track to suit your rhythm. Or use the new Arrange Track feature to quickly move or remove the stanza, chorus, bridge, or any other section of your song. In addition, the volume, pan and send controls can be at the head of the track so you can adjust the tracks quickly before moving to the Mixer and have more control.

The most powerful blender

It finishes the tracks before thanks to the new Mixer, which is more intuitive than in the previous version. Now you can use the mouse to select, open, close, skip or reorder the plug-ins. No modification key must be pressed. And the channels show more useful information at a glance. The plug-ins and routing menus have been rearranged to better show the signal flow. A new gain reduction meter helps you to control the dynamics processing. And the measurement design without segmentation gives you more precise data and with a higher resolution.

Sheet Music

With the new Score Editor you have more functions and a better view of everything. Its track-based layout lets you easily view and edit track notes with multiple passages. The notes of repeated sections in loops are also shown. And the spaces between passages are filled with empty staves so that it is easier for you to orient yourself. Adjacent Visualization takes full advantage of the space by dynamically relocating the staves according to the size of the window. The new design of the Pentagram Style editor shows you the result of the settings in the preview window before you apply them. And the new flange symbols for bendings of strings allow you to indicate how much you have to stretch the string.

Flex Pitch

With Flex Pitch, there is no reason to settle for a normal performance. Turn over any notes to access all Flex Pitch parameters. You can retouch the tone, soften, add or upload the vibrato and even create or remove glissandos between notes. All without having to change tools every two to three. If you want to give a more uniform air to the performance, adjust the gain of specific notes. No need to go through the compression or edit the automation to the millimeter. You can also adjust the notes you want to a certain pitch and scale.

If you know the Keyboard Editor, you already know how to use Flex Pitch. Off-pitch notes are shown with their deviation from the appropriate pitch, allowing you to instantly identify faults. And thanks to the option to convert to MIDI you can duplicate or harmonize a voice or any other monophonic audio track with your favorite software instrument.

Smart Controls

The Smart Controls feature offers you new tools for modeling sound with simple or complex creative changes without having to go through lots of plug-in interfaces. A single Smart Control can adjust several parameters of plug-ins at the same time, so you can make radical changes as if nothing. You can also customize the assignments of the Smart Controls to your liking. You just have to choose between dials, buttons and panels with the right design for the type of instruments or effects you want to control.
